Returns

• If you are not happy with your purchase please contact info@sportsboards.com.au
• If your order arrives in less than perfect condition please provide a photo to info@sportsboards.com.au so we can arrange a replacement or refund
• Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. Eg: if the item was purchased using a Paypal account, the credit will be refunded to the same Paypal account
• Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment
• Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded

Sportsboards will allow the return of goods for credit under the following circumstances

• Where the supplied product is determined to be not of merchantable quality or suited for its stated purpose
• It is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
• It does not meet the specific purpose you asked for and cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time
