Returns

• If you are not happy with your purchase please contact info@sportsboards.com.au
• We offer a 30-day return window on all products for change-of-mind returns. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of this policy.

• If your order arrives in less than perfect condition please provide a photo to info@sportsboards.com.au so we can arrange a replacement or refund
• Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. Eg: if the item was purchased using a Paypal account, the credit will be refunded to the same Paypal account
• Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
• The returned products may be exchanged or a credit note will be issued. We do not offer a refund for items incorrectly ordered or no longer required
• When you contact us a Return Authorisation Number will be issued. Any goods returned without a Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted
• Freight charges on returns will not be credited
• Freight will be charged when sending any exchanged products
• You will be responsible for paying for your own freight costs for returning your item
